(a) Members of the medical profession with recognized post doctoral degree/equivalent in Cardiology or Cardiac Surgery after acquiring either recognized post graduate degree or diplomate of National Board of Examinations in Medicine, Paediatrics or General Surgery.
(b) Members of the medical profession holding diplomate of National Board of Examinations in Cardiology or Cardiac Surgery after acquiring either recognized post graduate degree or diplomate of National Board of Examinations in Medicine, Paediatrics or General Surgery.
(c) Members of the medical profession with a recognized postgraduate degree /equivalent or diplomate of National Board of Examinations in Internal Medicine, General surgery, paediatrics, pharmacology, pathology, radiology, or physiology and whose major work is related to cardiology, cardiac surgery or transplantation.
Eminent members of the medical profession or persons of high scientific attainment from any country may be elected honorary members. Members desirous of proposing such members must send details of the person to the Secretary. An honorary member will not be entitled to hold office or vote at any meeting.
(a) Members of the medical profession with recognized MBBS degree/equivalent and whose major work involves cardiology, Cardiac Surgery or Transplantation.
(b) Members of medical profession with degree or diploma in nursing or paramedical sciences and whose major work involves cardiology, Cardiac surgery or transplantation.
(c) Non medical persons with a graduate degree in a non medical subject and whose major work involves cardiology, cardiac surgery or transplantation. An Associate member will not be entitled to hold office or vote at any meeting.
