The Society for Heart and Lung Failure and Transplantation (SHLFT) invites applications from economically deserving heart and lung transplant recipients requiring financial assistance for the following.
Eligible Support Areas
• Immunosuppressive medications
• Treatment of rejection (AMR)
• Management of infections and antifungal therapy
• Biopsy-related expenses
• Emergency hospital admissions
Applications must be submitted with the following mandatory documents:
• Treating physician’s recommendation letter
• Income certificate / financial assessment proof
• Relevant medical records
